However, below are some of the points that I have personally gathered based on my experience to help you get started. Beetroot and Pomegranate must be consumed to increase blood count. Recommended to have one as raw, the other as juice, and vice versa. Beetroot increases the blood count faster than pomegranate. Drumstick Leaves (Murungai Keerai) must also be consumed to increase blood count. Even if vomiting is prevalent, having this water with a pinch of salt feels good and meets the purpose. It is obvious that there are several other steps one can take to achieve a healthier lifestyle. But these simple steps help you to get started. Sleep for a minimum of 7 hours between 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. It helps in improving metabolism thus contributing to weight loss and healing the body.  Drink 2 to 3 liters of water per day while sitting and with little amounts over the day. Avoid drinking more at night.  Eat slowly and grind well before swallowing. Avoid eating fast which will take more air.  Completely cut on sugary products including ice cream until an optimum weight is achieved. Advised to not take sugar ever for tea.  Satiate on Dark Chocolate in limited amounts to your heart’s content rather than sugar. Read the Ingredients section of the product to see if Sugar is added.
