25 Bare Minimum Things you can do to be the Best Version of Yourself

  1. Every day read the Holy Bible and talk to Jesus with an open heart. He knows EVERYTHING!
  2. Listen & Sing one Devotional Song to keep your heart at peace.
  3. Drink sufficient water to you hydrated and energetic. It comes with benefits that money can't buy.
  4. Sleep 7 hours 'minimum' (Off to bed at 11 AM and wake up at 6 AM)
  5. Do cardio exercises for a minimum of 10 minutes a day.
  6. Keep a Bullet Journal. Start a Google Sheet and log it daily.
  7. Read books, blogs, and other valuable info. Keep page or quantity targets and achieve them.
  8. Watch a good movie or episode that gives you a healthy escape from the hurdles of your day.
  9. Talk with your loved ones daily. You never know what befalls next.
  10. Mingle with all people unless a weird instinct kicks in to be watchful. You may earn an ally or someone else may find you as one. It's a win-win.
  11. Always trust your instincts. Improvise it through reading and watching wise books and videos.
  12. Go for short and long trips. The adventure can teach you a lot of life skills, broaden your mind, and boosts your happiness.
  13. Add some new vocabulary to your list. It improves your communication.
  14. Delete clutter from life that does not add value, either for today or forever.
  15. Focus on positivity and deliver only positivity. In simple terms, think good and do good.
  16. Quit Overthinking and also quit your focus on finding a solution for everything. Not everything truly deserves or has a solution. Letting things be the way it is in themselves is sometimes a solution.
  17. Admit what you don't know and learn about it, if required. Nobody knows everything and nowhere is it mandated that you should know everything. Accept your stance but never lie to yourself.
  18. Admit that you are no better than anyone and believe that it doesn't matter. Everybody has their own timelines. Trust in yours.
  19. Don't hold grudges to your past. Forgive and let go. Say sorry before it's too late. Else it's going to rip you of your peace and happiness. What matters is that you are alive and you have a new day each day to make a difference.
  20. Remind yourself to make a life before your time runs out.
  21. Value your parents, friends, neighbors, animals, birds, trees, plants, etc. Everyone is important for sustained living and it's all connected in the so-called circle of life.
  22. Don't expect anything from anyone, not even to pick a paper from the floor. Just nothing! Live your life for your satisfaction through God's strength and for his glory. You already have the strength to do it yourself. But that does not mean you should be so hard on yourself. When you need help, ask for it with your open mouth rather than 'expecting' the magic to happen.
  23. You and I are prone to fall and fall again and again as long as we are in the flesh. Don't self-loathe or worry about it. Regrets are part of it but don't dwell in it. Just keep moving forward and fall forward. You are your best friend. Don't hate it!
  24. Don't let opportunities slip away. Just give it a try. It doesn't matter if you win or lose. In the end, you know you tried rather than living your life with regrets.
  25. Start saving money for yourself. Even if it is a small amount, save it. Save money to plan for trips, to buy something favorite, something to plan for your future. Buy what you love and are passionate about. Saving is important, so is your happiness.
