10 Simple Easy-to-follow Tips for a Healthy Lifestyle

It is obvious that there are several other steps one can take to achieve a healthier lifestyle. But these simple steps help you to get started.

  1. Sleep for a minimum of 7 hours between 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. It helps in improving metabolism thus contributing to weight loss and healing the body. 
  2. Drink 2 to 3 liters of water per day while sitting and with little amounts over the day. Avoid drinking more at night. 
  3. Eat slowly and grind well before swallowing. Avoid eating fast which will take more air. 
  4. Completely cut on sugary products including ice cream until an optimum weight is achieved. Advised to not take sugar ever for tea. 
  5. Satiate on Dark Chocolate in limited amounts to your heart’s content rather than sugar. Read the Ingredients section of the product to see if Sugar is added. In such a case, avoid it. 
  6. Avoid eating heavy foods after 7:00 PM. Have supper before 7:00 PM always and eat light foods.  Cutting on fruits at night is also a good thing. 
  7. When having breakfast or lunch, split a meal into two. That will help in eating less with an interval thus avoiding consuming more that goes unprocessed.

  9. Mild exercises such as walking or doing something that induces sweat are a good thing and help loosen the muscles.
